Your meetings, remembered.
No bot in the call.
Naro listens to your calls right from your Mac and gives you clear notes, decisions and to-dos. Then it keeps the thread between meetings.
Free during the beta · Mac with Apple silicon · macOS 26

How it works
Three steps. You only do the first.
- Join your call
Naro notices the call. It records on its own if you turn that on, or with one click.
- Transcribed live, on your Mac
Your voice and the call turn into text as you talk, without leaving your computer.
- Notes when you hang up
Summary, decisions and to-dos by owner, ready in under a minute.
Why Naro
Everything after the call, handled.
No bot joins your call. Nobody sees a “notetaker”.
Audio never leaves your Mac. Only the transcript text is sent to write the summary.
Every to-do, grouped by owner and checked against what was said. Vague ones wait in “To confirm”.
Name a speaker once. With “Remember voices” on, Naro recognizes them next time.
Minutes before a repeat meeting, Naro reminds you what’s still open and whose it is.
Recurring meetings link up, with what changed since last time. Group them and chat with them.
Uses the event name, attendees and agenda from your Mac’s Calendar.
Notes fit the meeting: 1:1, sales, interview or standup. Say in plain words how you like them.
Works in English and Spanish.
Chat
Ask your meetings anything.
Who owes what, what was decided, what’s blocked. Every series keeps its own chat.
- Send the pricing comparison
- Fix the export bug before Friday
- Confirm the launch date with Maria
Privacy
Your audio stays on your Mac.
Naro records and transcribes on your computer. Only the transcript text is sent to write your summary in the cloud, never the audio, and Naro doesn’t keep it on its servers. Recordings, notes and voiceprints are saved on your Mac.

Questions
Do I need to tell people I’m recording?
Yes. Always tell everyone on the call, and get their consent where the law requires it. Rules change by country and state. Since no bot joins, letting people know is up to you, and Naro reminds you.
Where does my data go?
Audio is recorded and transcribed on your Mac and is never uploaded. To write the summary, Naro sends only the transcript text to the cloud, and Naro doesn’t keep it on its servers. Your recordings and notes stay on your Mac.
Can Naro recognize who’s speaking?
Yes, if you turn on “Remember voices”. It’s off by default. Once you name a speaker, Naro saves a voiceprint so it can recognize that person next time. Voiceprints stay on your Mac and are never sent to any server, and your own voice is never saved. You can delete one person or all of them in Settings › Voices.
Which languages does it support?
English and Spanish, for both the app and your meetings.
How much does it cost?
Naro is free during the beta. We’ll share pricing before the beta ends, and testers will hear first.
Which apps does it work with?
Zoom, Google Meet in any major browser, Microsoft Teams, Slack huddles, Webex, FaceTime and Discord. Naro listens to your Mac’s audio, so there’s nothing to install in those apps.
Is it safe to install?
Yes. Naro is signed with an Apple Developer ID and notarized by Apple, so macOS opens it like any other app.
Is there a Windows or iPhone version?
Not yet. Naro is Mac-only for now.
Be first in line.
Naro is in private beta. Leave your email and we’ll send you an invite.
